About County Connection
County Connection provides fixed-route and paratransit service throughout the Central Contra Costa communities of Clayton, Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Danville, San Ramon, Lafayette, Orinda, and Moraga, as well as unincorporated communities.
All 131 buses in the fixed-route fleet are fully equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts.
Hours of Operation
Buses operate between the approximate hours of 5:30 AM and 9:30 PM Monday through Saturday, with limited Sunday service. Buses do not operate on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Customer Service Hours
Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Office lobby hours are 8 - 12 and 1 -5 Monday through Friday. For lost and found pick-up appointments, call 676-7500. RTC applications are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 - 4 PM. Please bring photo identification and the $3 card fee.
